Install Microsoft Office in Government Agencies
No other office software is as successful as the Microsoft Office range. For many, Microsoft Word is the central program in the series and for most is the word processing program par excellence.
But also the other programs from the Office software package such as Microsoft Excel, the email program Outlook, and PowerPoint are popular with many users in government offices.
Microsoft has recognized the trend that many users use more than one device, but want to access all of their programs at the same time. That is why the software giant from the USA developed office applications.
What Microsoft 365 versions are there for government offices?
The installation of Office 365 on a PC is easy, but a bit confusing due to the subscription model. First, you should decide on an Office 365 package. Microsoft has put together two different packages for the different needs of users. There is also Microsoft Home & Student 2019. The software package is available as a classic individual purchase.
The Microsoft 365 packages come as Microsoft 365 Personal and Microsoft 365 Family. Both packages contain Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access, and Publisher. The single subscription is only suitable for one user and provides 1 TB of cloud volume.
